Girls and sex
Girls can be put under a lot of pressure to have sex when they don’t really want to. Even when they do want to have sex with a guy, he may force her to do something she doesn’t want to (e.g. oral sex, anal sex).
Sex is meant to be something:
- you choose to do when you’re ready
- that makes you (and your partner) feel good
- that you can interrupt and stop if you want to
- that is safe from sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy.
Sex is not meant to be something:
- that is the only way to ‘prove your love’
- you feel pressured or forced into
- you do because ‘everybody else is doing it’
- that makes you feel used.
