What can I do if it's happened to me
If you've been the victim of date rape there's no 'right' or 'wrong' thing to do or feel. But here are some suggestions you might find helpful. Read more.
Helping a friend or family member
If you're close to someone who's been the victim of date rape, then you might be trying to think what's best to do. The first thing to do is to believe them, then to support them in a way that is helpful rather than adding to their distress. Read more.
Guys as victims
Date rape of guys may be less common than for girls, but it's every bit as distressing. If you're a guy who's been raped, then you will hopefully find most of the suggestions on this website helpful (particularly What can I do if it's happened to me?). But you may also be facing some issues that are different for guys than girls. Read more.
