Contact phone numbers for sexual assault services
Sexual assault services can offer help after you have been assaulted. They are located in Community Health Centres or hospitals.
On weekends or at night, sexual assault crisis services are usually provided by the nearest hospital. Some sexual assault services list an after hours number, to be used outside of business hours (usually 9 to 5).
These services are private and confidential and you don't have to give your name if you don't want to.
